  • Subscriptions will be automatically renewed the first day of the next cycle (after one month or one year, depending on the cycle of the subscription bought). In case of scubscription downgrade or upgrade the new selected plan will be active immediately.
  • DELETION: The user can cancel the subscription to Phersu Atlas within the last day of the chosen cycle - monthly or annual - at no additional cost. For example: if you have chosen a monthly payment method on January 28th, the subscription can be canceled no later than February 27th; If an annual payment method has been chosen on January 28th, the subscription can be canceled no later than January 27th of the following year: in both cases, on the scheduled date and in the absence of cancellations, the subscription will be automatically renewed.
  • UPGRADE: The user who intends to choose a more expensive subscription, at the time of activation will have to pay the difference compared to the previous subscription: the calculation of this difference will be based on the percentage of use in the previous period of the payment cycle. For example: if you activated a Premium subscription on the first of the month and decided to upgrade on the 15th of the same month, half of the price of the new and more expensive subscription will be deducted when activating the new subscription.
  • DOWNGRADE: The user who intends to choose a cheaper subscription, at the time of activation will receive a credit for the excess amount of money valid for the previous subscription: the calculation of this amount will be based on the percentage of use in the previous period of the payment cycle. Credits from the older and more expensive plan will be discounted from the new plan in the actual and the next billing cycle. For example: if you activated a Premium subscription on the first of the month and decided to downgrade on the 15th of the same month, the amount of money exceeding the new subscription will be detracted from the subscription fees of the actual and next cycle.
  • Subscriptions can be changed or deleted in the User Area of Phersu Atlas.
