Ralpacan was the Emperor of the Tibetan Empire from 804 to 824. During his reign, the Tibetan Empire faced several significant conflicts. One of the most notable wars was the Battle of Talas in 809, where the Tibetan Empire allied with the Abbasid Caliphate against the Tang Dynasty. Another important conflict was the Tibetan-Byzantine War, which occurred from 821 to 824. This war was a result of territorial disputes between the Tibetan Empire and the Byzantine Empire in Central Asia.
