Qinzong was the Emperor of the Song Dynasty, ruling from 1126 to 1127. During his brief reign, he faced the devastating Jurchen invasion known as the Jin-Song Wars. The most significant war that occurred during his tenure was the Jingkang Incident in 1127, where the Jurchens captured the Song capital, Kaifeng, leading to the fall of the Northern Song Dynasty. This event marked a turning point in Chinese history and resulted in the establishment of the Southern Song Dynasty.
