Budhagupta, King (Gupta Empire) : All Data
Budhagupta was a king who ruled over the Gupta Empire from 481 to 490. During his reign, the Gupta Empire faced several significant conflicts. One of the most important wars was the invasion by the Hephthalites, also known as the White Huns, in 484. This invasion lasted for several years and posed a major threat to the Gupta Empire's stability and territorial integrity. Another notable conflict during Budhagupta's rule was the revolt of the Pushyamitras in 486. This rebellion, led by the Pushyamitra clan, challenged the authority of the Gupta Empire and resulted in a prolonged struggle for control.
