Establishment
- January 1101: In the 12th century Pesaro was a thriving commune; counts and consuls were also represented in the city regiment.

1. Events
- January 1201: Pesaro reverts to the control of an imperial vicar.
- January 1217: From 1216 Pesaro reverted to an independent domain.
Disestablishment
- January 1260: In the same year, Pesaro was forced to obey by Manfredi of Sicily.
