Was one of the many Russian Principalties that existed in the Middle Ages and were later inglobated either into Russia or Lithuania.

Establishment

  • January 1201: In the XIII century, the Principality of Grodno disintegrated into fiefdoms ruled by local princes, including Novogrudok and Volkovyysky.
