Was one of the Chaubisi Rajya (petty kingdoms) of Nepal ruled by Khas people.

Establishment

  • January 1494: Palpa state founded.

1. Events

  • January 1551: From 1550 the Rajas of Tulsipur-Dang ruled the Dang and Deukhuri Valleys as well as territories around Tulsipur State south of the Siwaliks, now in India.
  • January 1554: Makwanpur split from Palpa.

Disestablishment

  • January 1805: Palpa is annexed to Nepal.
