Israeli administered Palestinian territories

Are the Palestinian territories effectively administered by the Palestinian authorities (most of Palestine is under military or civil Israeli administration). Since 2007 these territories are limited to the Palestinian West Bank as the Gaza Strip is de facto controlled by Hamas.

Establishment

September 1993: The Oslo Accords split the West Bank into three regional levels of Palestinian sovereignty: Area B (approximately 28%) is subject to joint Israeli-Palestinian military and Palestinian civil control.
