1. Events
- January 1357: The town has had town rights since 1356. At that time it was under the Counts of Helfenstein.
- January 1379: Based on Gustav Droysen's Map of the Holy Roman Empire in the XIV century.
- January 1397: Between 1396 and 1802 Geislingen belonged to the Free Imperial City of Ulm.
Disestablishment
- January 1518: The line of Helfenstein died out in 1517 with George I.
