Disestablishment

  • January 399 BC: The transition from D'mt to the Kingdom of Axum remains somewhat misunderstood to this day. After the fall of the Dʿmt kingdom in the 5th century BC, the plateaus of Ethiopia were dominated by much less influential kingdoms until the emergence of the Kingdom of Aksum in the 1st century BC which dominated the whole region.
