Is a country located in the southern portion of the Indochinese Peninsula in Southeast Asia. Cambodia gained independence from France in 1953 as the Kingdom of Cambodia. Involved in the Vietnam war, its denomination changed several times from 1970 until 1993 when Cambodia returned to be the Kingdom of Cambodia.
