Conquests by Dyonisus I "the Elder", tyrant of the Polis of Syracuse (Sicily).
- January 388 BC: Kaulonìa was then defeated by the combined forces of the Lucani and Dionysius I of Syracuse, a defeat that cost the conqueror in 389 BC the deportation of its inhabitants to Syracuse and the transfer of the territory to Locri.
