1. Conquests of Azzone Visconti
Expansion during the rule of Azzone Visconti in the Signoria of Milan.
- January 1333: On 27 September 1332, the Milanese Azzone Visconti with the support of the soldiers of the Gonzagas and Mastino II della Scala, defeats the garrison of King John after a bloody battle and takes possession of Bergamo.
