Were a series of battles in and around Babbila, part of the battles in the Damascus and Rif Damashq Governorates of the Syrian Civil War.

- November 2012: The Al-Sabinah suburb of Damascus saw fighting between Free Syrian Army (FSA) and government troops after a regain in strength of the rebels in Rif Dimashq.
- March 2018: The Syrian army managed to advance and completely control the whole town of Kafrbatna.
- November 2013: The town of Al-Sabinah was retaken by the Syrian Army, National Defense Force and Hezbullah fighters.
- February 2014: In February 2014, Syria's army and rebels agreed a truce in Babbila.
- April 2018: At the end of April 2018, rebel forces hend over their territory south of Damascus to Syrian army and evacuated.
- February 2013: It was reported that the Damascus suburb of Kafr Batna was taken over by the rebels.
- November 2012: In late November 2012, Beit Sawa was under Free Syrian Army (FSA) control.
