  • December 2005: December 18, 2005 - January 15, 2010: conflict between 2005 and 2010 between the military forces controlled by President Idriss Déby and a coalition of rebel groups with changing names from ethnic groups in the north of the country (FUC, RFC, etc.), supported by Sudan, and whose heart is made up of members of its own ethnic group, the Zaghawa.
